A 10% deposit may be taken to confirm booking.
The balance can be taken from 7 days of arrival, otherwise payable on arrival.
We reserve the right to not accept a booking for any reason.
We have a No Pets policy, but during the off season we may allow dogs in the campground, guests should ring in advance to confirm, under no circumstances do we allow pets in our accommodation or to sleep in vehicles when guests have accommodation.
Late Check In, our reception is usually closed at 7pm, and our front gate is locked between 9 and 10pm, these times are notified at our office, if guests require a late check in they must contact us by email and or text to make arrangements for a late arrival. Its unacceptable to turn up late and no arrangements have been made as the camp will be closed.
To cancel a booking guests should go to link at top of their reservation & follow the instructions. This will ensure that the cancellation is processed by Reception.
If guests cancel outside of 7 days before arrival, they will lose the deposit. If they cancel within 7 days of arrival, the balance owing may be charged to the credit card given.
Telephone calls, messages, and emails are not acceptable as confirmation of cancellation, and guests may be charged for the balance of the reservation.
We do not give refunds unless guests can't access our property due to road closures. There may be circumstances where we can agree to transfer a booking to another acceptable date.
If guests leave the campground prior to their departure date, and we believe they are not coming back, the booking may be canceled.
Any issues with a reservation made through Booking.com, Expedia, or Agoda at our campground should be directed to them. Do not expect us to resolve them.
